About the role

As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our digital products. You'll be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered interfaces that align with both customer needs and business objectives. We're also looking for someone who treats AI as a design collaborator - not just a productivity tool - and can help shape how our team works with AI at a systemic level.

What you will do

• UX Design Leadership: Lead end-to-end UX design for complex projects, delivering high-quality, user-centered solutions aligned with product and business goals. Track and measure design impact through KPIs to inform continuous improvement.

• User Research and Insights: Collaborate with UX researchers and conduct foundational research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing) to keep user needs at the center of the design process.

• Design Artifacts: Create concepts, prototypes, and other design artifacts to communicate ideas clearly, iterating based on user and stakeholder feedback.

• Visual Design: Develop visually compelling, brand-aligned user interfaces that support clarity, consistency, and accessibility.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately and with high quality.

• Stakeholder Communication: Present design decisions and rationale clearly, demonstrating how solutions meet both user needs and business objectives.

• Design Systems and Standards: Contribute to the design system by maintaining consistency across products and proposing new patterns and standards based on evolving user needs.

• AI-Native Product Design: Shape how users experience AI in our products — copilot flows, multi-agent UX, confidence scores, progressive disclosure on AI suggestions — not just use AI in your own process.

• Mentorship: Support the growth of junior designers by providing feedback, sharing knowledge, and fostering a team culture. Help establish team-wide AI workflows and frameworks others can adopt.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with UX and design trends, tools, and best practices — bringing new ideas into the team and refining internal processes.

Who you might be

• 6+ years of UX design experience (or equivalent demonstrated experience), with a portfolio showcasing strong, user-centered projects across web (ideally B2B SaaS) products.

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

• Comfortable using AI for design exploration, copywriting, and spec generation — as default workflow, not novelty.

• Can write a clear, scoped prompt that gets useful output without heavy iteration.

• Understands when AI output needs designer judgment applied on top.

• Familiar with at least one AI-native product pattern (copilot, suggestions, confidence UI, etc.).

• Strong visual design and interaction design skills, with attention to detail and accessibility (WCAG standard).

• Experience with user research and the ability to translate insights into actionable design improvements.

• Demonstrated ability to design AI-native experiences and produce AI-ready specs.

• Experience contributing to and maintaining design systems.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working in cross-functional teams.

• Organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for great UX and a continuous improvement mindset.
