UX Design Lead
Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced UX Design Lead to drive the transformation of the
user experience across our platform, with the design system as the core enabler.
You will scale and evolve the system to be future-proof in an AI-driven product
environment, grounded in user needs and research, ensuring it empowers both UX
and engineering teams to deliver cohesive, consistent, and scalable experiences.
This role requires strong leadership in systems thinking, user experience, and design
systems, along with a deep interest in AI-enhanced product experiences. You will
champion adoption across the organization, aligning stakeholders and enabling
teams to design with speed, consistency, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the transformation of the user experience across the platform, with the
design system as the enabler.
• Own, evolve, and govern the design system based on user needs and
research, ensuring cohesive, consistent, and scalable experiences.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, running workshops and alignment
sessions across Sweden, India, and other regions.
• Equip and mentor design system users to effectively leverage the design
system in their daily work.
• Partner with engineering to streamline design-to-development workflows
using tools like Cursor and Storybook.
• Explore and integrate AI-driven design opportunities into the platform. 7.
Advocate for user-centered design practices informed by research, data, and
insights.
Qualifications:
• 5–7 years of experience in UX/UI design for SaaS products, including at least
3 years in a design leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent.
• Proven track record of building and governing design systems for large-scale
digital products.
• Experienced practitioner of Design Thinking methodology (double diamond)
with strong facilitation skills, able to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional
teams across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and
translate complex technical concepts into business value.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to design for human-AI collaboration and explore AI-driven design
workflows.

• Experience designing AI-native software or developing AI based automations.
• Knowledge of supply chain or compliance-driven industries.
• Familiarity with design tokens and front-end frameworks.
