About the role
The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving our customer acquisition and retention strategy across Europe & the US. This position involves leading customer engagements, overseeing the technical sales process, and collaborating closely with our product and business services teams in Stockholm, US and India. The ideal candidate will drive significant market penetration and sales growth in the region for both new and existing accounts.
- What You’ll Do:
- Lead Customer Engagement: Use your expertise to deliver tailored product demonstrations, addressing the unique challenges faced by prospective clients.
- Drive Sales Success: Develop and execute strategies that not only attract new clients but also nurture long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Act as the go-to expert for technical sales inquiries, guiding clients through complex requests for proposals (RFPs) with confidence and clarity.
- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Partner with product and business services teams to ensure our solutions meet market needs and exceed client expectations.
- Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Continuously gather insights from industry trends and customer feedback, using this knowledge to refine our sales strategies and product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of driving growth in complex and competitive markets.
- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across different geographical regions and time zones.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience with using AI to improve job efficiency.
- Be able to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally
- Natural problem solver and solutions orientated
