SDR - Sales Development Representative
About the Role:
If you are a motivated dynamic entry-level professional seeking quick career advancement in the sales SAAS B2B software sector.
What you'll do:
Work closely with the sales team at TrusTrace to build pipeline by personally reaching out to various stakeholders within TrusTrace's prospective customer accounts.
Engage in high-volume prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to create qualified selling opportunities.
Conduct research to find potential clients and decision-makers.
Become an expert at communicating the value of TrusTrace to potential clients by doing the following:
- Qualify leads by identifying budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT)
- Deliver a world-class prospect and customer experience through every interaction
- Maintain thorough records of contacts with leads in our CRM.
Assist in developing data-driven, scalable demand generation campaigns to find inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
Communicate with prospects viaother cutting-edge methods and email, LinkedIn etc
Rrequired expertise and experience
- 3+ years of prior SDR/BDR experience
- Familiarity with email automation, LinkedIn, and HubSpot as sales tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
- The capacity and desire to work in a high-performance, fast-paced startup environment.
- Work experience working with international clients

The candidate should be highly motivated and resilient, with a desire to meet and surpass measurable performance goals.He/she should be able to handle and thrive on challenges and rejection on a regular basis.
